Long description:

In proposing a European Charter “of the rights and responsibilities of the older people requiring assistance and long-term care” within the framework of the DAPHNE III programme against elder abuse, the EUSTACEA partners want to launch a discussion within the EU Member States on how best to recognise and affi rm the rights of the most vulnerable older people. Their objective is to give a voice to older people and ensure that they are heard by the whole society.
