First Board Meeting 2026

This January, our board met for two days in Budapest, Hungary.

The focus was on planning the upcoming General Meeting in Dublin, including discussions about the conference theme and abstract submission process. The group reviewed financial matters, and created an action plan for 2026, including webinars, courses and conferences.

The group then focused on improving accessibility for visually impaired participants in conferences and meetings, discussing various proposals for making events more inclusive. Finally, the board addressed membership matters, including potential new members and membership rules, while also reviewing the success of our meeting in Strasbourg.
